The Fourth International Conference - Cybersecurity and Protection of Arab Institutions from Hacking Fourth Generation Wars - Criminal Rules

Leaders Training Center organized the Fourth International Conference - Cybersecurity and Protection of Arab Institutions from Penetrations “Fourth Generation Wars - Criminal Rules” in cooperation with the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization - ISESCO In Rabat - Kingdom of Morocco. On Tuesday, 25-25 September 2019 at the entrances to ISESCO headquarters - (King Hassan II Hall) at nine o'clock in the presence of Ambassadors of Arab countries and with the participation of a selection of statesmen, university presidents, universities deans, And a group of professionals and experienced in the security field.



This conference is organized under the presidency of His Excellency Dr. / Khalid bin Salem bin Saeed Al-Saidi - Secretary-General of the Omani State Council in the Sultanate of Oman, based on the awareness of the leaders training center the importance of sensitizing to the dangers of cybercrime, as an integral part of criminal violations affecting institutions and groups Even individuals, in light of the challenges posed by globalization, technological advances and keeping pace with the times in the field of cybersecurity.

The goals of this international conference in its fourth edition, which is held over three days during the period from 23 to 25 September revolves around the following:
